Assistant General Counsel
Commercial Contracts and Compliance
Summary: Provides broad-based legal support to Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLC and its subsidiaries on all aspects of commercial contracting, including, but not limited to, negotiating, drafting and revising sales, procurement, distribution and supply chain contracts, non-disclosure agreements, standard terms and conditions, and other general commercial legal work. This includes drafting of contracts using existing template agreements, legal review, analysis and revision of new and existing agreements. Position requires consistent interaction with the sales, business development and procurement teams and other members of the legal department in support of Chromalloy’s business endeavors. The ideal candidate will have a background or substantial experience with domestic and international compliance topics (export controls, anti-trust, cross-border transactions, cybersecurity and data privacy) in a regulated industry (preferably aerospace and defense) and how they impact commercial strategy, contract negotiations and contractual provisions.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: J.D. degree.
Experience: 7-10 years of progressive experience including at least 5 years in an equivalent in-house role in a similar operating
environment. Law firm experience with heavy focus on commercial contracts drafting is a plus. Aviation industry experience and a
strong compliance background is preferred.
