This position reports to the General Counsel and is primarily responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Office of General Counsel in responding to public records requests, monitoring and advising on regulatory and legislative compliance, drafting and implementing College policies and procedures, and in conjunction with the General Counsel, advising administrators, faculty, staff, and the District Board of Trustees on myriad legal matters.Ā Ā
