Job Summary:
Impiricus is seeking a dynamic, startup-savvy General Counsel to quarterback all legal related matters and serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team. The General Counsel will coordinate all corporate legal affairs with the goal to continue accelerating the business forward.
This individual must bring hands-on experience working within tech and pharma environments with strong knowledge of TCPA, Commercial regulatory environments in pharma (including MLR and privacy laws), and data privacy. The individual must have a bias toward enabling growth while managing risk. You’ll help Impiricus scale confidently and compliantly in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
