Summary
The Assistant General Counsel will work closely with the Office of General Counsel, including the General Counsel, to provide legal support and guidance to the firm. The Assistant General Counsel will be responsible for assisting with various legal matters, including drafting legal documents, regulatory and legal ethics compliance, litigation management, management of employment issues, policy review, contract review, and general corporate governance. The Assistant General Counsel will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing proactive legal advice and counsel to mitigate legal risk.

For New York City, the expected salary range for this position is between $254,700 and $283,100. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.Â
For Albany, NY, the expected salary range for this position is between $205,300 and $228,200. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.Â
