About the position:
We are seeking a talented and experienced derivatives lawyer to serve as Associate General Counsel and Vice President at ING Financial Holdings Corp. This role combines strategic legal counsel with ISDA drafting and negotiation acumen and regulatory knowledge in support of the financial markets business in the Americas. Any candidate will need to demonstrate enthusiasm for growing their understanding of other products and areas of legal-focused support. The candidate should be NY law qualified, with a minimum of 5 years of experience at a major law firm or bank
About the department:
The legal counsel will be a member of the Americas legal team and will report into the senior derivatives counsel within the Americas legal team. In addition, the lawyer will provide ad hoc support on other legal matters falling within the remit of the Americas legal team.

Salary Range $185,000-250,000
