We are seeking a Legal Advisor for Genview DX. This individual will play an essential role in enhancing the overall function of our legal department by providing first-class advice to our team on a variety of legal issues such as corporate law, governance, compliance issues, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide professional and strategic legal advice to the senior management team.
  • Draft and negotiate a variety of business-related contracts and documents.
  • Review ongoing cases and advice on litigation matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external legal requirements.
  • Conduct legal research and provide updates on significant legal developments that might affect the company.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

Applicants must have:

  • A professional law degree and an active license to practice.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Advisor.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgments.
  • Experience in corporate law, labor law, and litigation.

Additional Requirements: Experience in the medical industry will be considered an advantage but is not a must.
